Dr. Rochelle C. Feldman, M.D.
Dr. Rochelle Feldman is a neonatologist in Canyon Country, California and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Feldman has been practicing In Santa Clarita valley since completing her residency 35 years ago. Dr. Feldman’s credentials include a BA from Smith College, MD from University of Michigan Medical School, Pediatric Residency and Neonatology fellowship programs at UCLA. She also completed a Neuropathology fellowship at UCLA, with Further advanced training in Pediatric Neuropathology at CHLA. She is one of 38 doctors at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and one of 2 at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital who specialize in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She also speaks multiple languages, including Spanish and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Feldman is Board-Certified both in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Prenatal Medicine. She delights in providing quality healthcare to medically complex children, reflecting both her training and her heart and soul. Dr. Feldman is one of the only pediatricians in the area who specialize in the treatment of mitochondrial diseases. She is also trained to manage other genetic disorders such as Down Syndrome as well as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, pediatric neurology conditions and much more.
Her personal philosophy is to “…take care of the whole child, remembering that the parent knows the child best and at first do no harm. We use complementary medicine when appropriate and avoid medication in lieu of natural means when possible.”
